TONY DOGGO

Tony Doggo lives in the south-west part of Finland in the municipality Raseborg.

Tony Doggo has been a member of several amateur rock bands in the past as a drummer and programmer. Since the late 2000s, he has focused on songwriting and singing. Using artificial intelligence in songwriting is part of the fun.

The first set of musical output of Tony Doggo is the EP ‘Elastic & Hungry’, which you can stream on Spotify. More will come for the fun of it!

Check this website for some music videos (currently six videos)!

ASTEROIDS

This song was inspired by trying out the Karma AI which I used to create the arpeggio. Then I added strings. My photography friend Riku Karjalainen edited the wonderful footage of Lappland’s nature based on his time-lapse photo material.

ODE TO THE SOULS

This song was inspired by all classical music I regularly listen to. I wanted to show my respect to all loved ones that aren’t here anymore. I believe my photography friend Riku Karjalainen’s footage of Lappland’s nature provides a wonderful scenery for showing our respect to the lost loved ones.

WITHIN THE JIZZ

Have you seen the animation of the The Inner Life of the Cell produced by the animation studio XVIVO? It is amazing! I had to write a short jazzy tune to video clips that I cut and reassembled based on the original 8.5-minute animation. I hope this video inspires you to check it out!

MARISH ÄSH

This song was intended to be performed as a karaoke version in a birthday party, but it never happened. Anyway, I like the groove created using Karma AI and decided to make a karaoke style song. The video is kind of nonsense, forgive me, but together with the funny song everything makes sense, doesn´t it?

DANCE TO DEATH

I used (once again) Karma AI to create a complex rhythmic pattern that suits EDM, a music genre that I like a lot. The rhythm represents the urgency of modern life: are you at the end stop sooner rather than later? This video brings up the bones to rattle to the beat.

THE SPINNING PLANET

This is a tribute to all my friends who have been involved in nature protection. We only have one planet to live on. Let’s protect its riches of life! My friend Riku Karjalainen’s footage of Lappland’s nature surely supports this call.

NEVER BEEN THIS CLOSE

Feelings of love lead to the same effect as gravity; bodies move closer under this natural force. I made a song about this. Then I spent quite some time thinking how to make a video about this. Then I found the online Gravity Simulator by TestTubeGames and specified a simulation where two suns interact under the influence of a distracting (!?) third party – a beautiful planet. The simulation makes a nice match with the lyrics of the song. Thanks gravity1 Thanks simulator! Thanks to my incredible wife who was the muse.
